Whether you’re back in school or several years out of university (hi me) there’s no reason to feel left out of back to school season. After all, learning doesn’t just take place in a traditional classroom. Growing up I loved school and looked forward to shopping for school supplies and new outfits every fall. Now, since being out of grad school for three years (three years!), I’ve tried to keep my brain sharp by attending conferences, seminars, and webinars on everything from digital marketing to fashion PR. With websites like Udemy and General Assembly there’s really no excuse to not continue learning and mastering the latest skills in your field. Plus, as you may have heard, Business of Fashion recently launched free online courses for the fashionably ambitious. Now that’s a good reason to be a student again.
