Happy (belated) New Year! Like many people, my new year’s resolution is to become regularly active in yoga, pilates, and/or cardio – very cliche, I know. And though I resonate with Carrie Bradshaw’s motto, “Shopping is my cardio,” I have to admit that I do most of my shopping online while sitting on the couch. So, in an effort to improve my posture, gain muscle, and improve my overall physical and mental health , for mental health pills xanax http://www.onlinepharmacytabs.com/generic-xanax.html , I turned to online shopping and Pinterest for some workout motivation.
First up is some sneakers. I don’t remember the last time I owned sneakers (crazy, right?!), but these running shoes make me want to go for a jog despite freezing temperatures:
Loeffler Randall perforated leather and suede running sneaker, $295
Sam Edelman croc-embossed metallic jogging sneakers, $91
Nike boucle and leather adipex online sneakers, $190
Not your mother’s track pants:
MICHI leggings with mesh gussets, $195
Anthropologie leggings, $97
Zella fleece leggings, $58
The lazy girl’s response to workout clothes – a minimalist, black jumpsuit (psst you can probably get away with wearing this to work with the right blazer):
Zoe Karssen jersey jumpsuit, $145
A cozy fleece pullover that makes getting out of bed for a run a little easier:
Anthropologie cowled fleece pullover, $98
Bold print tank to brighten your hot yoga session:
Adidas by Stella McCartney tank, $60
And speaking of yoga, these socks ensure a better grip on your poses:
FreePeople inspirational yoga socks, $12
A long-sleeve tee you can totally wear outside the gym:
Adidas by Stella McCartney tee, $110
Of course this roundup wouldn’t be complete without dry shampoo to refresh your blowout, I love Amika for adding volume and Klorane for absorbing oil; both work great for brunettes and fine hair.
